Dear Spirit, please help…

In stillness, I reach out to that silence which surrounds me. Please, bring me a sense of clarity, a glimpse of purpose in the haze of uncertainty.

Help me navigate the paths that I've yet to explore, and calm the fears that keep me awake at night. Guide me towards compassion, towards kindness, and towards understanding – not just of others, but of myself as well. May I find solace in your gentle currents, and may they carry me through life's tumultuous waters.
